Booked a double room with an excellent package that included Häagen-Dazs afternoon tea and breakfast for two adults and one child—great value for money. While the hotel’s interior design isn’t overly modern, the ambiance is warm and inviting, with a subtle, pleasant fragrance throughout the lobby and corridors. The room was spotless, with zero unpleasant odors—just clean and comfortable. I noticed many international guests during my stay, which speaks volumes about the hotel’s global appeal. The buffet breakfast area may not have the flashiest decor, but the service truly stood out. The manager and staff were attentive, friendly, and proactive—always checking in, refilling drinks, and ensuring everything was well-organized. The view from my 72nd-floor panoramic twin room was breathtaking, with lush greenery stretching across the skyline. The hotel itself exudes elegance and sophistication, with impeccable maintenance and attention to detail in every corner. The staff went above and beyond—warm, professional, and genuinely attentive. From check-in to checkout, I felt like a valued guest. My room was spacious, immaculately clean, and beautifully designed. The nightly turndown service added a lovely personal touch, making the stay even more special. Lunch at the highly acclaimed Dongwan Restaurant was a highlight. Despite the premium reputation, the pricing felt fair, and the food quality was outstanding—especially the glass-roasted pigeon, which was crispy-skinned and incredibly flavorful. A must-try! For dinner, I visited MO Bar, ranked among Asia’s 50 Best Bars. While walk-ins are welcome (private booths require booking), I arrived on a Sunday evening and only waited about 20 minutes—lucky timing! For those wanting to avoid queues, arriving after 11 PM seems to be a smarter move. Breakfast at Sān Cān Bazaar on the lobby level offered decent variety, though it could have been more refined given the hotel’s luxury standard. It wasn’t bad—just not quite up to the exceptional level I expected. Finally, the spa experience was relaxing and well-executed, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. Overall, this stay delivered on all fronts: location, comfort, service, dining, and ambiance. With a perfect 10/10 rating, it’s clear why this hotel stands out as one of Shenzhen’s finest luxury options.

There’s a USB charging port in the room, though it’s placed slightly away from the bedside, which makes it a bit less convenient when using devices at night. Still, that’s a minor detail. While the robot delivery occasionally had to handle multiple food orders, the staff were always proactive, personally delivering meals right to my door. Their flexibility and attention to detail really made a difference, especially during busy times. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and convenience. Being so close to Futian Port made crossing into Hong Kong seamless. Even better, after checking out, we were able to store our luggage with the hotel and returned later in the evening after exploring Hong Kong. This flexibility made our travel experience stress-free.
