I booked a single room during low season for just $20 per night and was upgraded to a double room without any extra charge. The space was spacious, with a fridge, kettle, desk, large bathroom, excellent soundproofing, and spotless cleanliness. Breakfast was standard Western-style but had decent variety, and it was included—no extra fees. The shampoo came in small plastic packets, which might not be enough for long hair, but after one trip out, the front desk had already restocked with a fresh row of bottles—perfect for longer-haired guests. Service staff were generally friendly and helpful, though only one receptionist spoke fluent English. If you don’t catch her, you’ll need translation tools for others—but their kindness and professionalism more than make up for it. Just walk about 50 meters to the right from there, and the Kravt Sadovaya Hotel will be clearly visible. The signage is straightforward, and the area feels safe and well-connected. Easy to find, great value, and perfect for a hassle-free stay in Saint Petersburg.
