The key delivery team only arrived at check-in time, which made sense given the timing. That said, I didn’t hold it against the team since I’d agreed to the official check-in window. The apartment itself was fantastic—completely equipped with everything you’d need, including a washer and dryer, which was a real plus for a longer stay. The space felt spacious, clean, and thoughtfully designed. There was just a minor learning curve with the gate and door system after entering the code, but nothing frustrating or unsafe. There’s only a small elevator in the building, but it works perfectly for getting around. Overall, this place offers great value and a truly authentic Madrid experience. I’d definitely stay here again.
