Hotel Indigo Madrid - Princesa
Staying at Hotel Indigo Madrid - Princesa was an absolute delight. The location is unbeatable—right next to the metro station, making it super easy to get around the city. Just a short walk from Zara, a large shopping mall, and a big supermarket, everything you need is within reach. From the airport, we took the metro: first two stops on the pink line, then transferred to the brown line for over ten stops—simple and efficient. Buying a 10-ride pass saved us a lot compared to taxis, and it made daily travel so convenient. On-site, there's a great restaurant with outstanding steak—juicy, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. We had dinner there every night for our three-day stay, and each meal was delicious. The staff were friendly, the atmosphere was cozy, and the whole experience felt warm and welcoming. If you're visiting Madrid, this hotel is definitely worth considering.

Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to reach any part of Madrid. Whether you're heading to the Prado, Puerta del Sol, or simply enjoying local cafés, everything is within walking distance. Great value, top-notch comfort, and a welcoming atmosphere—this hotel truly stands out. I’ll definitely be booking here again on my next visit to Madrid!

Located in a vibrant area, there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance—perfect for grabbing snacks or enjoying local cuisine without having to travel far. Public transportation is also super convenient, with the metro just a short walk away, making it easy to explore Madrid. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, this place offers excellent value and a welcoming atmosphere—definitely a top choice if you're visiting Madrid.

The only hiccup came on the third day when the shower stopped working, but the staff responded promptly by arranging a room change without delay. That kind of quick, professional service really stood out. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient—just a 5-minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to explore Madrid on foot or by public transit. The neighborhood is full of lively bars, cozy cafés, and one standout pizzeria that served some of the best pizza I’ve had in Spain. Authentic, flavorful, and worth a visit. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value, great service, and a central spot—highly recommend for travelers looking for comfort and convenience in Madrid.

This is my second time staying at this hotel, and I’ll definitely be coming back. The location is excellent—just a short walk from the city center and close to metro access. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a great bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient throughout our stay. What really stands out is the value—great quality without the high price tag. It’s a perfect balance of comfort, convenience, and affordability. I absolutely loved this hotel! The location was perfect—right on the orange line, giving me a direct ride to the concert venue without any transfers. I opted for early check-in for an extra €30, which was worth it. They do require a €150 deposit, but that felt fair and reassuring. Breakfast was excellent—plenty of choices, fresh and tasty, especially the pastries and jams. The hairdryer in the bathroom worked like a charm—powerful and quiet. Overall, the room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. No major complaints at all. If you're visiting Madrid for a concert or just want a great stay in a central spot, I highly recommend this place.

The location is super convenient, just a short walk from public transit and top attractions. No need to sacrifice comfort or convenience when staying here. The room was spotless and very comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking a quiet, tree-lined street. While there’s some traffic noise when the door is open, double-glazed windows make it completely peaceful once closed. The neighborhood is well-maintained, safe, and full of character—plus, supermarkets and local shops are just a short walk away. There’s only a small elevator in the building, but it works perfectly for getting around. Overall, this place offers great value and a truly authentic Madrid experience. I’d definitely stay here again.
