The overall experience was excellent—great location, comfortable rooms, and friendly staff. The only hiccup happened the day before check-out when I booked a taxi for 5:45 AM to the airport. Unfortunately, the front desk agent mistakenly wrote it down as 4:45 AM. We arrived right on time, waited about ten minutes, and only then did someone come out—no taxi in sight. It was a bit stressful at the moment, but luckily we had allowed enough buffer time and managed to catch our flight without any issues. A small reminder to improve shift handovers and accuracy in booking details. Otherwise, this place is highly recommended for its value, convenience, and warm hospitality.

Staying at 4C Bravo Murillo was an excellent experience from start to finish. The room was spotlessly clean, with a comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The water pressure in the shower was fantastic—really refreshing after a day of exploring Madrid. I was pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, thanks to great soundproofing; it felt like a peaceful retreat even though we were in the heart of the city. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. From check-in to check-out, the experience was frustrating and stressful. The staff constantly tried to charge extra fees, and I wouldn’t recommend sharing your credit card details—my balance mysteriously dropped without explanation. The room cleanliness was poor; I found stains on the bed that definitely shouldn’t have been there. There are also reports from other guests who had €200 stolen from their rooms, so please don’t leave valuables unattended. What’s worse is the complete mismatch between what’s advertised online and what you actually get—everything the front desk told me didn’t match the website description. It feels like they’re misleading guests on purpose. Overall, the entire stay felt dishonest and unpleasant. Not worth the price, and absolutely not something I’d recommend.
