As a result, I ended up being charged an extra €15, which was frustrating. That said, the customer service from Ctrip was excellent—they quickly resolved the issue and made me feel supported. Despite the hiccup, the overall experience was still very good, and the value for money makes it worth considering for future visits to Madrid.
