Staying at The Level at Melia Castilla in Madrid was an absolute delight. The pool area is beautifully designed and offers a peaceful retreat—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. The room was spacious, well-appointed, and the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Located just steps from the metro, getting around Madrid was incredibly convenient. The only minor downside was a slight hum from the air conditioning unit, but it wasn’t disruptive enough to ruin the experience. While the Wi-Fi connection isn't always reliable, it’s manageable. Check-in starts at 3:00 PM, but you can leave your luggage early if needed. It takes about 20–25 minutes to reach El Corte Inglés on foot, and around 1 hour 20 minutes to get to the Prado Museum. One thing to keep in mind is the house rules—especially regarding waste disposal and cleanliness, as failing to follow them may result in losing your 200 EUR deposit. Overall, this place offers excellent value and a pleasant experience, highly recommend.
