The only thing worth mentioning is that breakfast is now charged separately at $17, which feels out of step with previous stays when it was included in the rate, especially for guests planning multiple nights. It’s a small but noticeable shift that could affect value perception. That said, the steam room is absolutely fantastic—perfect for unwinding after a long day or a workout. A real highlight of the stay.

The staff truly stand out—especially Edwin at the front desk, and Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant, who go above and beyond with their warm, efficient service. They remember your name, anticipate your needs, and make you feel like a valued guest. I always make it a point to book here whenever I’m in Bogotá. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a homecoming experience.
