This stay was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. The room was spotless and incredibly comfortable, with a well-stocked selection of complimentary toiletries—everything you’d need for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome stood out: a hot cup of tea waiting at the front desk, followed by a thoughtful overview of all hotel amenities including late-night porridge service, laundry, and access to the fitness center. Special thanks to Xiao Li at reception—she was incredibly attentive, answering every question with patience and kindness. When our child woke up early due to jet lag, the hotel kindly adjusted our 11:30 pickup to 9:00 without hesitation.
