Coffee is strong and comes in both Americano and espresso varieties, though the milk could use some improvement. Service is outstanding—friendly, professional, and genuinely welcoming. Check-out was quick and seamless, no waiting at all. One minor downside: the elevators are quite busy since the lobby and restaurant are on the 28th floor, while guest rooms are lower down.
