Every time we arrived or left, a smiling doorman greeted us with warmth and a sense of security that made us feel safe and welcome. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, often waving or asking how our day was—genuine interest that made a real difference. Luis, the general manager, was incredibly kind and professional. Alexis, one of the bellboys, stood out with his helpfulness and cheerful attitude. And Florencia, the hostess at breakfast, set a five-star tone with her polished service and attention to detail. We’ve stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, but this experience felt just as exceptional, if not better. It’s clear the team here cares deeply about guest satisfaction. A genuine surprise and a highlight of our trip.

With its central spot and solid comfort, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Buenos Aires.

On the 12th floor, you’ll find a lovely rooftop pool, along with a sauna and fully equipped fitness room. Pool towels are conveniently available at reception. It’s clear the team takes pride in guest comfort and convenience. This place delivers on every level—great value, excellent service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere.
