Around lunchtime, you’ll see plenty of Westerners and South Asians enjoying drinks on the sidewalk, giving the area a lively, authentic vibe. Nearby is one of Hong Kong’s latest viral dessert spots—so popular that the line was insane, so we ended up stumbling into a small ginger noodle shop called Jiang Gong Select. The food was amazing, though it was a bummer they didn’t accept Octopus or PayMe. The room itself isn’t huge, but the layout feels spacious and not cramped at all. The bathroom is compact—sitting on the toilet, the door brushes against your knee—but it’s spotless and freshly renovated. They even offered complimentary coffee upon check-in, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering to carry our luggage. One tip: avoid rooms right next to the elevator—those first ones on each floor are likely noisy due to poor sound insulation. We stayed in a mid-aisle room, and it was peaceful throughout. Overall, great value, excellent location, and warm service—definitely worth staying again.

A day later, I returned with my kids, and they arranged the largest single room available, featuring two twin beds pushed together—perfect for family comfort. There’s also a microwave and coffee maker in the room, which made preparing breakfast super easy. Breakfast isn’t included, but there are plenty of nearby spots to grab something quick. Overall, the service was outstanding, the rooms were clean and well-designed, and the location couldn’t be better. Highly recommend this place—great value, great experience!

Right downstairs is a Michelin-recognized restaurant that offers incredible value for money—great food without breaking the bank. Just steps away is the Southside shopping mall, with plenty of dining and retail options. A quick train ride gets you to Ocean Park, and along the way, you can stroll leisurely along the scenic South Bay Promenade, enjoying sea breezes and beautiful views. It’s peaceful, convenient, and full of charm. This stay was truly relaxing and memorable—I’d definitely come back.

But there's a convenient 24-hour convenience store right next door, a self-service laundry facility, and even a few coin-operated claw machines for some fun. When checking in, I asked about delaying checkout, and the staff mentioned a $200 fee per hour extension—fair enough for the location and service level. The room itself is spacious with high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel. Minimalist design with white tones and soft, well-balanced lighting—it feels clean, calm, and very comfortable. The bathroom is compact but fully equipped with shampoo, body wash, and hand soap. The TV offers YouTube and Netflix access—great for downtime. Staff also mentioned a lounge area on the 4th floor where guests can smoke. Unfortunately, I arrived too late to explore the hotel’s facilities beyond the lobby and room. Still, my overall impression was excellent—well-kept, modern, and welcoming. I’d definitely come back. Pro tip: Bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, or buy them at the front desk. A HK$500 deposit is required upon check-in.

Breakfast was equally impressive, with a wide variety of high-quality options. From start to finish, every detail was thoughtfully done. This hotel exceeded all my expectations. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hong Kong.
