We arrived late at night around 10 PM and had messaged ahead to let them know. The staff was still on duty and gave clear instructions on how to pick up the key—super convenient! The location is unbeatable: literally steps from the MTR station, trams, and bus stops. Right across the street is a Wellcome grocery store, making essentials super easy to grab. We were also just a short walk from SOGO, Times Square, and other major shopping spots—perfect for exploring. The room came with basic but thoughtful amenities: tissues, shampoo, conditioner, toothbrush, and slippers. No bugs at all—clean and cozy. The air conditioning and hot/cold shower worked perfectly, and there’s free hot and cold drinking water available at the front desk (great for coffee lovers!). Any questions we had were answered quickly via message. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. 10/10—thank you Move Inn for such a stress-free, comfortable stay!

The only small downside is the soundproofing—some noise from neighboring rooms can be heard, but it’s not enough to ruin the overall experience.
