Staying at Benczur Hotel was an absolute delight—far better than expected and incredibly good value for money. The breakfast was fantastic: abundant, delicious, and with a wide variety of options that kept us full throughout the day, even well into the afternoon. We arrived early, and despite not being check-in time yet, they let us in as early as 9 AM—super accommodating! They also offered currency exchange for Hungarian Forints, which was super helpful. The room was bright, clean, and spotless, with excellent natural light and a perfectly warm shower. It’s just a short walk to Heroes’ Square, and from there, exploring the city via Budapest’s historic yellow metro line (the first underground railway in Europe) was such a fun adventure. Everything about this stay was perfect—from location to service to comfort. Highly recommend this gem!

Check-in was completely self-service—just received the door code via email, so we could come and go freely, even late at night. Breakfast was arranged with a nearby cozy café; breakfast vouchers were left on the table, and we just needed to head over and order our meal. The café opens at 8 AM, but you can still enjoy breakfast until 10:30 AM, which was perfect for our relaxed morning. The cleaning staff arrived around 11 AM, always friendly and helpful—any request was met with a smile. There was one small hiccup: we were directed to the wrong room upon arrival, and I couldn’t access it after 10 PM. But I reached out to the platform's support team immediately, and they resolved it within 10 minutes—no stress, no delays. Overall, this place offers a fantastic mix of charm, comfort, and excellent service.
