When our TV stopped working during a holiday weekend and the on-site maintenance supervisor wasn’t available, she went above and beyond by personally calling him, staying on the line for over 20 minutes trying to troubleshoot the issue. Even though we couldn’t get it fixed immediately, she made sure we were moved to a new room the next day with zero hassle. That kind of dedication is rare and deeply appreciated. We also loved having a bar right on property—it added such a nice touch for relaxing evenings. This hotel delivers comfort, convenience, and genuine hospitality. Definitely a top choice for future visits.

We absolutely loved our stay at The Driftwood Lodge! It’s just a short walk to Margaritaville, and the property is always spotless with a warm, welcoming front desk team. The only hiccup was the housekeeping staff on checkout day—they were so eager to get the rooms ready that they rushed through our final hours, making it difficult to enjoy quality time with our kids and grandchild. I understand wanting to be efficient, but pushing guests out of their room before they’re ready isn’t the right way to do it. That said, the overall experience was fantastic—great location, cozy rooms, and excellent value. We’ll definitely be back.
