My family has made Emerald Isle our second home for over 13 years, and I still find myself coming back again and again—it truly feels like paradise every time. This condo community stands out as one of the best-maintained along the Gulf Coast. From the moment you arrive, you're greeted by stunning views of the Emerald Coast and its famous “World’s Most Beautiful Beaches”—a title that absolutely holds up. What really sets Emerald Isle apart is the dedication of the management team, security staff, and groundskeepers. Despite frequent storms and tough coastal conditions, the buildings remain strong, common areas are always spotless, and the landscaping stays lush and tropical year-round. It’s honestly the most welcoming and well-cared-for environment in Northwest Florida. And then there’s Dalton at the tiki hut—hands down the heart of the beach experience. Friendly, always smiling, and incredibly attentive, he goes above and beyond: setting up chairs, sharing local tips, and making every guest feel right at home. He’s not just a staff member—he’s the unofficial concierge of the island, and his presence makes all the difference. The level of care, attention to detail, and hard work here is unmatched. This isn’t just a place to stay—it’s a place to belong. Thank you to everyone behind the scenes for preserving this slice of paradise. Emerald Isle will always be a true gem in Panama City Beach.
Celadon Beach
We spent a wonderful week at Celadon Beach in August and had an amazing time in Panama City Beach. The pirate show featuring Dolly Parton was a highlight—fun, energetic, and perfect for the whole family. The water was warm, the weather ideal, and every moment felt like pure relaxation. Our condo, unit 604, was by far the best we’ve ever stayed in—spotless, well-organized, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The free beach chairs were a thoughtful touch, and the kids were thrilled to spend their days playing in the sand and swimming in the pool. Our oldest son enjoyed using the on-site gym, which kept him active and energized. The views of the beach and sunset from our room were absolutely breathtaking. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and vibrant, and the value for money was outstanding. We couldn’t be happier with our stay and are already planning our return trip. Thank you for such a memorable experience!
Sterling Reef
I won’t be booking here again. While the room itself was decent, the building maintenance is a major concern. Only one elevator was working during our stay, and it felt unsafe—many guests waited over an hour just to go up or down. For those with mobility issues or traveling with kids, climbing eight flights of stairs isn’t realistic. Ice was only available on one floor, requiring a 30-minute wait via the unreliable elevator or carrying bags up eight floors. To make matters worse, each bag of ice cost $7—way too expensive. What’s most disappointing is how indifferent the staff seemed. No one appeared to care about the obvious problems. This experience significantly impacted my overall satisfaction. I’d rather choose another hotel next time.
Palazzo 1401
Our family stayed in a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo at Palazzo 1401, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. The interior design strikes the perfect balance between luxury and laid-back beach living—elegant accents paired with serene ocean vibes. Every room boasts floor-to-ceiling views, including the guest bathroom, which is rare and incredibly impressive. The pool, hot tub, and all levels of the parking garage offer uninterrupted ocean vistas—truly thoughtfully designed. Best of all, guests enjoy direct access to the private beach right from the lobby, making every morning walk to the sand effortless and special. The area itself is quiet and secluded, offering a peaceful retreat compared to busier parts of the coast. It felt like our own little sanctuary. This stay exceeded every expectation, and I’ll absolutely be returning to Palazzo 1401 whenever we come back to PCB. Unforgettable experience.

We arrived at 3 a.m., and thank goodness for self-check-in; it made our late-night arrival stress-free. Plus, having a late check-out until noon was perfect for stretching out our vacation time. My favorite part? The rooftop terrace on the 5th floor—unforgettable views of the ocean, especially at sunset. It’s like standing in a million-dollar picture. The whole experience felt luxurious without the fuss. Highly recommend this gem to anyone visiting Panama City Beach.
