Despite frequent storms and tough coastal conditions, the buildings remain strong, common areas are always spotless, and the landscaping stays lush and tropical year-round. It’s honestly the most welcoming and well-cared-for environment in Northwest Florida. And then there’s Dalton at the tiki hut—hands down the heart of the beach experience. Friendly, always smiling, and incredibly attentive, he goes above and beyond: setting up chairs, sharing local tips, and making every guest feel right at home. He’s not just a staff member—he’s the unofficial concierge of the island, and his presence makes all the difference. The level of care, attention to detail, and hard work here is unmatched.
