This was hands down the best hotel of my trip to Santorini! I only booked it last minute after arriving on the island, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier with the choice. The room was incredibly spacious—so much more than expected—and the design had a luxurious, modern touch with high-quality finishes throughout. The staff went above and beyond with their hospitality, always friendly and attentive. The pool view? Absolutely breathtaking. With panoramic vistas over the caldera, it’s perfect for sunset moments—no filters needed for photos. Breakfast was a semi-buffet style, and you could freely order fresh eggs, sausages, and other items—super convenient and delicious. It's true that the hotel is a bit far from Fira if you’re relying on public transport, but if you rent a car (which I highly recommend), it’s totally worth it. You’ll have the freedom to explore at your own pace, enjoy scenic drives, and make the most of your stay. The views are absolutely breathtaking—perched right above Skaros Rock, it feels like you're floating above the world. The rooms were spotless, elegantly designed, and packed with modern amenities that made our stay incredibly comfortable. While the on-site facilities are modest—small gym, yoga space—they’re perfectly suited for a serene retreat. The restaurant delivers stunning panoramic views and serves exceptional food, especially the breakfast. A daily-changing five-course breakfast can be delivered to your room for a small fee—such a thoughtful touch. But what truly stood out was the service. Every member of staff went above and beyond with genuine warmth and professionalism. Our concierge was always just a WhatsApp message away—responsive, helpful, and full of local insights. Transportation arranged through the hotel was seamless, with clean, luxury vehicles that saved us time and added a touch of indulgence. It might cost a bit more than booking independently, but the convenience and comfort make it totally worth it. We left feeling pampered and already planning our return visit. We booked the deluxe suite with a private courtyard and pool, facing east toward the volcano and Aegean Sea. Waking up to sunrise was magical, and thanks to the orientation, there was zero afternoon sun exposure—perfect for relaxing in the shade. Every photo I took looked like a postcard; no editing needed. The small private patio added charm, and parking was super easy for self-drive guests. No mosquitoes at night—huge plus for families! The breakfast spread was generous and delicious, offering great variety. What really stood out? Kids are welcome here (unlike many other hotels on the island), making it ideal for family travel. Though not perched on the cliff edge, the location offers a unique, peaceful vibe with views of the surrounding hills and sea. On our second day, we experienced strong 7-level winds—my daughter’s sunscreen jacket literally went flying into the Aegean as a tribute! But on calm days, the breeze was absolutely refreshing. Quality of the towels and bathrobes was excellent, and check-in staff Dimitri was incredibly attentive and thoughtful throughout. The hotel is still expanding with new units being built down the hill and to the side, but it didn’t affect our stay at all. Overall, this place strikes a perfect balance between comfort, style, and value. Highly recommend for couples seeking a romantic getaway or families wanting a stress-free, scenic escape.
