Even better, you can order food right from your room—perfect for a quiet evening. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and location. There was just one minor hiccup during check-out when a staff member miscalculated the mini-bar usage, but the front desk handled it professionally and promptly refunded the overcharged amount. Their customer service really stood out. I’ll definitely be back next time I visit Hanoi. Highly recommend this place!
