That said, the VIP lounge was absolutely stunning—luxurious, elegant, and incredibly welcoming. Unfortunately, the wine glasses were quite dirty despite the high-end atmosphere, and I had to clean them myself with hot water at the coffee machine. Still, that small issue didn’t take away from how impressed I was overall. The staff were genuinely friendly, attentive, and always going the extra mile. From check-in to check-out, every interaction felt personal and warm. This hotel delivers exceptional value and luxury—definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Prague.
