You can even take a short boat ride to their private island, which added a nice touch to the experience. The mini-bar was included, though we had to call reception daily to get it refilled—something that felt like extra effort. Unfortunately, room cleaning was inconsistent. Every day something was missed: towels, bath mats, mopping floors, or sometimes the entire room wasn’t cleaned at all. We were on the 6th floor, and water pressure was terrible—on full blast, we barely got a trickle. That made showers frustrating. The Sandals app is clunky and unreliable, with frequent crashes and poor navigation. We’re glad we didn’t book a butler room; the tiered service system felt unfair and unnecessary.
