There’s also a supermarket and bus stop nearby, and you can easily take the subway to explore sights like Römer Square. The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and always ready to help with anything. Even though the housekeeping team forgot to leave tissues in the room, they made it up by offering me a drink—such a thoughtful gesture! Overall, this hotel offers fantastic value, great service, and a relaxing stay. If I ever return to Frankfurt, I’ll definitely book here again.

For a trip to Heidelberg, I booked a bus ticket via the platform, choosing to board at Frankfurt Airport (FRA) with pickup at Terminal 1’s parking area—just a quick 5-minute walk from the arrival level. The bus drops you right at Heidelberg Train Station, where the bus stop is just around the corner. I bought a one-day public transit pass at the tram tracks near the station entrance using cash or card—perfect for getting around town. All major sights, including the castle, are within easy reach. Overall, this was a great stay with excellent value and convenience.
