The Riviera Resort Palm Springs truly feels like a home away from home. Even before it became Margaritaville, this place had a unique charm that still shines through—warm, welcoming, and effortlessly elegant. The staff went above and beyond with their kindness and attention to detail, making every moment feel special. From the lush landscaping to the relaxing poolside vibe, everything about this resort feels intentional and genuine. I’ve stayed at many places across the world, but few have made me feel as connected as this one. It’s not just a hotel—it’s a retreat that calls your name. I’ll definitely be back, again and again, long after my hair turns gray. Thank you to everyone who makes this place so magical.

This place is a total vibe—perfect for lounging by the pool with that classic retro charm. The ambiance instantly transports you to a nostalgic era, with stylish details and a laid-back atmosphere that feels both timeless and fresh. While drinks are on the pricier side, they’re worth it for the experience and the cool, relaxed setting. The location is great, easy to get to, and the whole vibe makes it a standout choice. Definitely a unique spot worth visiting again.

We had an absolutely fantastic time at The Saguaro Palm Springs! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome—friendly, attentive, and always smiling. Our room was bright, spacious, and beautifully appointed with a private patio that opened directly onto the pool area—a true highlight. Waking up to the sound of water and sunshine pouring in was pure bliss. The on-site bar and restaurant were excellent—great atmosphere, delicious food, and perfectly crafted cocktails. We especially loved having dinner al fresco under the stars. Every detail felt thoughtfully designed for relaxation and comfort. This place truly captures the essence of desert elegance. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful yet vibrant escape in Palm Springs.

Staying at Hyatt Palm Springs was an excellent experience overall. The hotel is perfectly located right in the heart of Palm Springs, making it super convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, and local attractions—no need to worry about transportation. Parking was $30 for one night, which is a bit steep but justified by the central location and quality of service. The room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, with a bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The only minor downside was the breakfast selection—it was limited to a single-point menu option. Adding more variety like fresh fruit, different breakfast bowls, or local favorites would make it even better. Still, this is a top-tier stay with great value, and I’d definitely return.

The property was well-appointed and exceeded our expectations—especially the pool and backyard, which we spent a good amount of time enjoying. However, the check-in process turned out to be unexpectedly frustrating. After a long drive, we arrived only to find that the entry code didn’t work. We ended up walking around the entire perimeter trying to figure out how to get in, which was both confusing and exhausting. We reached out to AvantStay support, who walked us through multiple codes while we pulled on the door handle and listened for clicks—spending a considerable amount of time before finally gaining access with a new code. We thought we were set for a relaxing weekend getaway. The next day, when we returned from outside, we faced the exact same issue again. Another round of back-and-forth messages with the host, more troubleshooting, and another delayed code change. Eventually, we made it inside—but not without feeling uneasy about whether we’d be able to re-enter the next time we left. We shared our concerns with the contact, and only then did they provide a third code for a physical key stored in a lockbox. Honestly, after reading other reviews mentioning similar access issues, it’s clear this is a known problem. It’s surprising that such a fundamental issue hasn’t been resolved yet. If you're considering booking this property, just be aware: don’t expect a seamless check-in. Be prepared for potential delays, extra communication, and some stress over getting in and out. A heads-up is definitely needed.

I strongly advise against staying at this property. The experience was extremely disappointing. I left a valuable item in the room, but the manager refused to return it and ignored all my calls and messages. The hotel is clearly run down, with poor maintenance and questionable safety standards. To make matters worse, there was no ice machine available—staff actually told me to go to a liquor store to buy ice! This is unacceptable for a place charging what they do. The lack of basic amenities and customer service made the stay stressful and frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Staying at The Infusion Beach Club in Palm Springs was a fantastic experience overall. Parking was incredibly convenient and completely free—no stress at all. The hotel is walking distance to a 7-Eleven, so grabbing snacks or essentials was super easy. Plus, the area is lively with plenty of restaurants nearby—never had to worry about finding something to eat. There’s also a pool on-site, though we didn’t get a chance to use it. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a nice, relaxed vibe. The only minor downside was the lighting—some areas felt a bit dim, which made reading or using my phone a little tricky. But honestly, it might have been intentional for ambiance. All in all, great value, excellent location, and a welcoming atmosphere. Definitely planning to come back.

I stayed here again just recently and was thrilled to find everything as wonderful as my last visit. Even though there are always small changes from year to year, this place continues to deliver an exceptional experience with no compromises. A few staff members have changed, but the new team members were just as warm, welcoming, and helpful as the ones before—really impressive how they maintain such a high standard of hospitality. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and overall vibe remain top-notch. It’s clear that attention to detail and guest satisfaction are deeply rooted in their culture. I can’t recommend this resort enough—it’s truly one of a kind.

I was genuinely surprised by how nice this hotel turned out to be. The exterior looked a bit worn, but once inside, the room was clean and had all the basics I’d expect—comfortable bed, working AC, and good Wi-Fi. The bar food was fantastic—great flavors and really fresh. We enjoyed our meal outside overlooking the pool and mini-golf course, which made for a relaxed and enjoyable evening. Honestly, we only stayed one night because I live in Arizona, and when visiting family or friends, we often use Palm Springs Airport. Sometimes flight schedules mean I need a quick place to rest before heading home. Despite the low rating, I’d definitely consider returning for a longer stay. It’s a solid choice if you’re just passing through and want something quiet with good food.

Even though it's about an hour away from the Grand Canyon, my stay at Days Inn by Wyndham Palm Springs was incredibly satisfying. The hotel is well-located with easy access to local restaurants, shops, and attractions—whether you're driving or using public transit, it’s convenient. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed that made for a great night’s sleep. The staff were friendly and efficient during check-in and check-out. What stood out most was the excellent value—great quality without the high price tag. I’d definitely choose this hotel again on future visits to Palm Springs.

I was extremely pleased with my stay! The hotel is perfectly located—just a short walk from local restaurants and shops, and the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. My room was clean, quiet, and comfortable, with great air conditioning that kept things cool even on the hottest days. Everything about the experience felt thoughtfully designed, from the welcoming atmosphere to the attention to detail. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs.

This was my first time staying at Adara Palm Springs, and wow—what an incredible experience! Bela, the front desk manager, went above and beyond. She kindly allowed me to check in 30 minutes early, which made the whole trip feel more relaxed from the start. My room (25) was adorable—spotless, well-appointed, and so cozy. The bed was heavenly, and those four fluffy pillows? Absolute game-changers for a good night’s sleep. I headed straight to the pool area after settling in—it’s such a peaceful retreat. I even played my speaker pretty loud, and no one said a word! The soundproofing is impressive—I didn’t hear a thing from neighboring rooms all night. Honestly, my only regret is that I only stayed one night. This place has such a warm, welcoming vibe and it’s perfect for unwinding. I’m already planning my next visit—definitely coming back soon!
