Chutian Guangdong International Hotel
Stayed here during New Year’s Day and had an absolutely wonderful experience! The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the bed was huge—perfectly comfortable with a 2-meter width. My favorite part? The room faced directly toward the Hubei Provincial Museum, so every morning I woke up to a stunning view of the museum entrance right outside my window. The front desk staff, especially Miss Hu Lanxiang, went above and beyond—she upgraded me from the 4th to the 6th floor without hesitation, and the view from the higher floor was simply breathtaking. There was a slight road noise at night, but it didn’t disturb my sleep at all. Parking was super convenient with plenty of spots available—no stress finding a space. One highlight was the complimentary warm red date soup served in the evening—it was such a thoughtful touch that made the stay even more relaxing. On check-out, I noticed a little note with a pair of sterilized slippers waiting for me—such a small detail, but it really showed how much they care about guest comfort. That small but thoughtful gesture perfectly captured the hotel’s service philosophy: genuine care, proactive hospitality, and attention to detail. The rooms were warm and cozy, especially during winter, and the breakfast spread was fantastic—plenty of variety, including authentic Wuhan favorites like reed noodles and doupi, plus excellent coffee. I even recommended the hotel to friends while riding the high-speed train back home. The location is unbeatable—right next to the metro station, steps away from Chuhe Hanjie, making it easy to explore the city. I’d definitely come back here with my family on future trips to Wuhan.

We enjoyed street snacks like sesame twist, squid, lotus root soup, sweet rice flour pudding, beef offal stew, and the famous huo la mian (hot dry noodles)—all delicious and worth every bite. We even skipped entering Yellow Crane Tower; just walking along the riverbank gave us stunning views of the iconic landmark and the Yangtze River. On day two, a short 19 RMB taxi ride took us to the Hubei Provincial Museum—so convenient! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. With such easy access to top attractions and fantastic local eats nearby, this hotel offers outstanding value. I’d definitely come back here again.
