Staying at Mandarin Oriental Macau felt like stepping into a peaceful retreat amid the bustling city. As one of the few luxury hotels in Macau without the usual noise and crowds, the serene atmosphere is truly rare and refreshing—perfect for travelers seeking relaxation and privacy. I stayed multiple nights, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable; I actually didn’t want to get out of bed! The dining experience was consistently excellent, with every meal hitting the mark in taste and presentation. Staff went above and beyond with their attention to detail—always polite, attentive, and genuinely thoughtful. No downsides throughout the entire stay. This place deserves every single star it gets. A flawless, memorable experience that I’ll definitely return to.

My stay at Galaxy Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The room was spotless and well-maintained, with a comfortable atmosphere that made me feel right at home. The staff were attentive and responsive to our requests—truly going the extra mile to make us feel welcome. There was a minor hiccup during our visit, but both the hotel and the booking platform handled it promptly and professionally. One small regret: I accidentally left a few personal items behind, and the shipping cost to return them ended up being higher than the value of the items themselves—definitely a lesson learned! Despite that, the overall experience was outstanding. The convenience, service quality, and value for money made this a top-tier choice. I’ll definitely be using this platform again for future stays.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. The property is immaculately clean and well-maintained, with bright rooms that flood in natural light—really made the space feel welcoming. All the amenities were in great condition and worked perfectly. Check-in was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful from the start. I’d like to especially mention Edward—he went above and beyond with his service, offering thoughtful advice and making me feel truly valued. Other team members were equally attentive; when I asked about the shuttle service, they clearly explained departure times and routes, which was incredibly helpful. The location is convenient, just a short walk or quick transit away from major attractions. With such a high level of hospitality and comfort, I’ll definitely be returning next time I’m in Macau.

Staying at Sofitel Macau at Ponte 16 was a fantastic experience, especially for travelers who value location and authenticity. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the historic district—just a 520-meter walk from the iconic Ruins of St. Paul's, with Praça do Sé (Senado Square) right nearby. You can easily explore the old town on foot, enjoying the charm of colonial architecture, local cafes, and bustling streets without needing to rely on transportation. While it’s not a large resort-style property with extensive shopping or entertainment options, the hotel delivers top-tier comfort, elegant design, and excellent service that truly reflect its five-star status. If you’re looking for a more modern, sprawling complex with big malls and attractions, then the Cotai area might be better suited. But if you want to immerse yourself in the authentic atmosphere of Macau’s heritage district, this is an ideal choice. The convenience, ambiance, and overall value make it one of the best stays I’ve had in Macau.

Staying at Hotel Royal in Macau has always been a reliable choice for me. Even though it's located in a quieter, older part of the city, its central position makes getting around super convenient—just steps from the metro and close to major attractions. The hotel feels peaceful yet connected, offering a nice balance between calm and accessibility. At 40 years old, it’s clearly seen better days, but the recent renovation has brought it back to five-star standards. The lobby is spacious and welcoming, and the rooms are spotless, well-maintained, and surprisingly quiet—great for a good night’s sleep. I stayed during a weekday, and breakfast was included with a wide variety of options that felt genuinely hotel-quality. I especially appreciate the eco-friendly policy: toothbrushes and slippers aren’t automatically provided—they require a quick call to housekeeping. It’s a small touch, but it shows thoughtfulness. Overall, the service, cleanliness, and value for money are excellent. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located stay in Macau without breaking the bank, this place is definitely worth considering.

Staying at Riviera Hotel Macau was an absolute delight! The suite was immaculate, with two bathrooms that made life so much easier—especially for older family members. The balcony allowed us to open the windows, which made a big difference in air circulation and comfort. We booked the tea ceremony experience, which included a generous afternoon tea spread—plenty of delicious options and well worth it. With the breakfast discount, we saved over 150 RMB, making this a fantastic value. One highlight was the fresh dove nest egg tarts, freshly baked at 10:30 AM—rich, fragrant, and perfectly balanced. Location-wise, everything is within easy reach: just a short walk to Senado Square, Parisian-themed attractions, and the Macau Ferry Terminal. Whether you're here for sightseeing or relaxation, this hotel delivers on every front. Highly recommended!

Staying at Legend Palace Hotel for two nights was an absolutely delightful experience. Our original double rooms were upgraded to spacious family rooms—so much more comfortable and perfect for our trip. The hotel’s location is unbeatable: just a 5-10 minute walk from Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal, with direct bus access to the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge checkpoint. It’s also very close to the Macao Sands station, and there’s an indoor walkway connecting directly to the Fisherman’s Wharf—perfect for evening strolls without worrying about the weather. The night views are stunning! One small downside is that there aren’t many dining options nearby, so we’d recommend planning meals ahead of time. But overall, it’s a minor issue. Special thanks to Allen from the concierge team—he went above and beyond when I lost an item on a bus. He promptly contacted the transit company and helped us recover it the same day. His professionalism and genuine care truly stood out. I’ll definitely be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Macau!

The location is excellent—right by the harbor, just a short walk away, and super convenient for taxis. Nearby is the Fisherman's Wharf, so dining, shopping, and sightseeing are all within reach. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and featured a stunning sea view that made every moment relaxing. The interior design had a modern, elegant touch with tasteful details throughout. Staff were incredibly helpful—any request was handled promptly and with genuine care. There’s a small shop in the lobby for essentials, free luggage storage, and on-demand car service right at the front desk. Everything was seamless and thoughtfully arranged. This hotel delivers an exceptional value-for-money experience, and I’d highly recommend it to anyone visiting Macau.

The location is very convenient for getting around, and the entire hotel complex offers a great range of amenities including a restaurant with Japanese cuisine and a casino where you can enjoy slot machines—just next door to the Hui Lui Sea Cube. The room itself features a comfortable king-sized bed and a relaxing bathtub perfect for soaking after a long day. Everything feels well-maintained and even looks recently renovated, making the price feel very reasonable given the facilities. The only downside is that there aren’t many dining options right outside the hotel, and shopping is limited to one 24-hour supermarket, New Flower City. Most of the surrounding streets are quiet with mostly pharmacies, so it’s not a bustling area. Still, if you value comfort, convenience, and a peaceful stay over nightlife or shopping, this place hits all the right notes. I’d definitely come back.

Staying at Grand Dragon Hotel was a truly pleasant experience. The view from the window was surprisingly spacious, offering a clear sightline across the cityscape without any obstructions. One of the highlights was the complimentary mineral water—when I ran out, I simply called the front desk and they sent two bottles right away. No need to pay the usual 20 yuan per bottle like at tourist spots! Even though the staff started with English when I called, just switching to Mandarin got me an immediate response in the same language—very smooth and helpful. The room was incredibly quiet at night, with excellent sound insulation. I didn’t hear a single noise from the hallway or outside, making for a peaceful sleep. Breakfast was served on the third floor, with around ten options available. The stir-fried rice noodles stood out—just the right amount of spice, not too hot, but flavorful and satisfying. The hotel is also very well located: Venice Shopping Centre is just a 15-minute walk away, and there’s a bus stop right outside the building, so getting around Macau is super convenient. Overall, this place offers fantastic value for money, great service, and a comfortable stay—definitely going back next time.

We’ve stayed at this hotel for the second time, and it just keeps getting better! This visit was all about exploring Macau Science Center and the Guanyin Statue Seaside Area with our kids, and the location couldn’t be more convenient—everything is within a short walk. Though the hotel is compact in size, it’s incredibly well-designed and feels surprisingly spacious inside. Our sea-view room was stunning—wide windows offering uninterrupted ocean views, especially beautiful in the morning light. The value for money is excellent, and everything about the stay felt thoughtfully done. Don’t miss the ground-floor Portuguese restaurant—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and even my picky eater loved it. A perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and charm. Definitely coming back next time we visit Macau!

Staying at Holiday Inn Macau was an excellent experience. The room was spacious and I was pleasantly surprised by a complimentary upgrade to a higher category room—great value for money! All the standard amenities were provided, making everything convenient during my stay. The hairdryer was a bit outdated and not very powerful, but still functional. The hotel has that classic, well-established vibe with timeless decor—classic charm without feeling dated. What really stood out was the location: directly across from the police station, which gave me a strong sense of security. A short walk away, you're right in front of the New Galaxy, Wynn, and MGM—perfect for exploring or heading straight to the casinos. There are also great local spots nearby, like Rongji Beef Offal, McDonald's, and a cozy tea restaurant. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this hotel offers unbeatable convenience and comfort. Definitely worth recommending!
