The hotel boasts heated floors, but despite leaving the feature on for about 30 minutes, I didn’t notice any difference in temperature. That said, it didn’t detract from the overall experience. The ambiance is modern and calming, staff were attentive without being intrusive, and the location makes exploring downtown Toronto easy—just a short walk or quick transit ride away. Surprisingly, after processing the payment, the system suddenly accepted the ICBC card. Staff were patient and professional throughout, making the situation feel seamless. The highlight? A $80 daily breakfast credit redeemable at Louis Louix restaurant or private dining in-room. The in-room dining was elegant and perfectly executed—great ambiance, delicious food, and attentive service. Located just steps from downtown transit hubs, it’s incredibly convenient. Despite the initial card issue, the luxury, comfort, and attention to detail made this stay truly memorable. Definitely planning to return.

Still, it’s one of the best locations for travelers relying on public transit—just a short walk from the train station and the bus stop heading to Niagara Falls. This convenience alone makes it our top pick for this trip, especially when considering value and location. Highly recommend for budget-conscious travelers who prioritize easy access to transportation.

Unfortunately, I spent most of my weekend out exploring, so I didn’t get to fully enjoy the hotel amenities. Still, I’m already planning my return visit. This place offers an unbeatable combination of location, service, and comfort—highly recommend for anyone visiting Toronto.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, though the towels felt a bit worn—bringing your own disposable ones might be a good idea. What really stood out was the service: I requested a quiet room on a higher floor, and they not only accommodated it perfectly but also gave me a late check-out until 1 PM, which made my day so much easier. Waking up to a view of the tower from my window was an added bonus. Whether you're here for business or sightseeing, this hotel delivers on comfort, convenience, and care. A top-tier experience—I’ll definitely be back!
