HC3 Hotel
Staying at HC3 Hotel in Bologna was a great experience overall. The room was clean, spacious enough for two people, and perfect for a business trip. Everything was well-maintained and felt very comfortable. Location-wise, it's super convenient—just a short walk from the metro station, making it easy to get around the city or reach work locations quickly. The neighborhood is quiet yet vibrant, with nearby cafes, grocery stores, and small eateries. One downside? I had to check out one day earlier than planned, which was a bit disappointing. Also, while there are a few Chinese restaurants nearby, they’re quite pricey and not worth the cost—definitely not a good value. Still, the hotel offers excellent value for money, especially considering the cleanliness, comfort, and location. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Bologna.

I was staying in Florence for a few days when I took a day trip to Venice. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize the last train back to Florence wasn’t until 7:40 PM—so I ended up showing up at Venice Station at 8:00 PM, completely shocked and stressed. With no other options, I quickly searched for a place near Florence and found Central City Rooms in Bologna. I arrived around midnight, and to my surprise, staff member Fabio came out to meet me right at the front of the hotel, even though it was late. He greeted me warmly, helped with my luggage, and made me feel instantly welcome—no hesitation or annoyance at all. The female staff who handled my booking earlier were also very kind and professional. My room was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Despite the unexpected travel mishap, this hotel turned my stressful evening into a positive experience. The service, location, and quality are outstanding—definitely worth recommending and will be my go-to choice if I’m ever in the area again.

Breakfast was included and came with a great variety of options. While mostly cold, it offered plenty of choices and was satisfying. The highlight? The coffee—it was outstanding! You could choose from various Italian favorites like cappuccino, latte, or other traditional brews. Everything about the stay felt thoughtfully designed, and the overall value made it a memorable trip. Highly recommend for travelers seeking comfort and convenience in a beautiful city.
