Staying at UNA Hotels Bologna Centro was a fantastic experience. The hotel is just a short walk from the train station—literally steps away—making arrival and departure super convenient, especially with luggage. It’s only about 10 to 15 minutes’ walk to the city center, and along the way, you’ll find plenty of local restaurants and cafés perfect for grabbing a bite or enjoying authentic Bolognese cuisine. The hotel itself feels brand new with a modern, stylish design. The rooms are compact but well thought out—just enough space, clean, and comfortable, with soft carpets underfoot that add a cozy touch. Even though it’s not huge, everything feels functional and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were incredibly helpful and all spoke fluent English, which made communication easy and stress-free. Great location, great vibe, and excellent value for money—this place is ideal whether you're here for business or leisure. I’d definitely stay again.

One thing I’d like to mention: the points system on the platform seems to be based on booking count, and leaving a review only earns 470 points—this feels a bit unfair compared to other platforms. It would be great if the reward structure were adjusted to better reflect guest engagement. Despite that, the overall value is excellent, and I’d definitely recommend staying here.

There’s a parking garage available, though space is limited to vehicles similar in size to a Peugeot 3008—larger cars won’t fit. Be aware there’s no elevator and plenty of stairs, so if you’re not up for climbing, it might be a bit challenging. But honestly? The charm, location, and character more than make up for it. This place offers a truly authentic and memorable way to experience Bologna.

Host Chiara was incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our visit—her attention to detail and genuine hospitality truly made us feel at home. We slept wonderfully and appreciated how well-connected the area is to everything we wanted to see. I’d happily return without hesitation.

Stayed one night at this charming property and was thoroughly impressed. For just €70 per night, two people enjoyed a quiet, well-insulated room with excellent value for money. The bathroom is located outside the room but is private and secure—perfect for storing personal items. The mattress was comfortable, and the room was already warm upon arrival, which made a big difference in the chilly evening. The TV was modern with access to Netflix and YouTube (requires login), though I didn’t get around to using it—don’t know if there were any setup issues. In the morning, I brewed coffee and herbal tea using a high-quality kettle, and appreciated the small kitchenette with fridge—ideal for light meals or snacks. The overall atmosphere was peaceful, clean, and welcoming. The bathroom was spacious and beautifully designed, with a generous shower area. I was genuinely happy with the entire experience. Bonus: just a short walk away is a fantastic little restaurant where we had a romantic dinner—elegant dishes, reasonable prices, and great ambiance. Highly recommend both the hotel and the nearby dining spot. Would definitely stay here again.
