The hotel is conveniently located just a short ride from downtown Zurich, making it easy to explore the city without spending too much time commuting. The room was spacious and comfortable, offering a great stay overall. My only minor disappointment was leaving behind a blue hoodie in the fitness center—unfortunately, it wasn’t found. That said, this small issue didn’t take away from the excellent experience. With its great location, clean rooms, and friendly staff, I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to travelers looking for a quiet yet central base in Zurich.

We reached out to customer support through the platform, and they confirmed the hotel had lifted it, though the bank might take up to a month to fully clear the hold—something we understand is standard. Despite this small delay, it didn’t affect our stay at all. Highly recommend this hotel for its great location, atmosphere, and value.

Budget Youth Hostel
The staff was extremely unfriendly and gave zero flexibility regarding early check-in. I arrived at 1 PM, but check-in wasn't until 4 PM. Instead of allowing me to wait in the common area or offering to store my bags, they just left my luggage sitting around the facility and told me to leave and come back later. This was one of the worst hostel experiences I've ever had. The place is cheap and clean, which is a plus, but the facilities are basic and nothing is done to encourage guest interaction or socializing. It felt very impersonal and unwelcoming—definitely not worth it for the price.
