The hotel is excellent—spotlessly clean with daily housekeeping and fresh towel changes. Located just steps away from cafes, supermarkets, and a pharmacy, everything you need is within easy reach. It’s only a 7-minute walk to Parque Turia, making it super convenient for exploring the city on foot. The location is ideal, quiet yet close to all amenities. I highly recommend this place—great value, great vibe, and a perfect base for any visit to Valencia.

The apartment is divided into three units using only drywall partitions, which means there's absolutely no privacy or sound insulation. You can hear your neighbors talking, walking, or even going to the bathroom as if there were no walls at all. The windows are single-glazed, so noise from the busy square outside pours in 24/7—day and night. To make matters worse, a building directly across the street is undergoing renovation, adding constant construction noise. The photos on the platform are misleading—this place is much smaller than it looks. There’s no sink in the bathroom either; instead, you’ll find one right next to your bed, which is inconvenient and awkward. The only positive thing is that it’s super well-located for exploring the city center—you can walk or take the metro easily. But honestly, bring earplugs. Without them, sleep will be nearly impossible.

Plus, dining out here is delicious and way more affordable than in Italy. If you’re thinking about visiting Valencia right now—do it! Located right in the heart of the city, it’s nestled in a historic building with no front desk—check-in is entirely online, and you receive your access code via email. This made entry and exit super flexible, almost like having your own private apartment. The staff are always available if needed and couldn’t be more welcoming or helpful. Breakfast is self-service in the hallway—simple but varied enough to satisfy, and the quality is solid. My triple room was spacious, spotless, and remarkably quiet despite being in the middle of town. The beds were comfortable, and the bathroom was large and well-designed. I especially appreciated finding bottled water waiting in the room—small touches that make a big difference. The location is perfect: steps away from Plaça de l'Ajuntament, surrounded by top attractions. Plus, the Xativa metro line is literally right outside, connecting directly to the airport. It’s an excellent value for the price, and I’d highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Valencia.
