Even though it was just us, the concierge manager Andy Yang personally stayed with our child, playing games and keeping him entertained—our little one had a blast. When we were leaving, Andy walked us all the way to the car, reminded the kid to dress warmly, and made sure he wouldn’t catch a cold. That level of care truly touched us.
