The bedding is incredibly soft, sinking into it feels like being wrapped in comfort, and despite multiple stays, everything remained spotless and crisp. But what truly blew me away was the service. My personal assistant, Xiao Chen, was attentive without being intrusive—always one step ahead, solving small issues before I even noticed them. And the front desk staff, Xiao Li, made check-in and check-out lightning-fast with a genuine smile and kind words. That warm, welcoming vibe made me feel like I’d found my second home. The location is perfect for exploring on foot or hopping on the metro—no hassle, no long commutes. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, friendly service; every interaction felt genuine and welcoming, making me feel right at home. My room was clean, spacious, and well-appointed, with excellent air conditioning and great soundproofing—perfect for a good night’s sleep. I especially appreciated the complimentary welcome fruit basket upon arrival; it added such a nice personal touch. Bonus: I was able to request a late check-out until 2 PM without any issue—so helpful when your schedule gets tight. This hotel exceeded my expectations from the moment I walked in. The lobby is spacious and bright, creating an immediate sense of comfort. The staff were friendly and efficient with check-in—no delays at all. The room was immaculate, with a wonderfully comfortable bed that made for a restful night’s sleep. The bathroom felt brand new, with strong water pressure and consistent hot water—perfect for a relaxing shower. I was especially impressed by the soundproofing; it was so quiet at night that I barely heard any outside noise, which helped me sleep deeply. Breakfast was fantastic—plenty of fresh bread, pastries, fruits, and drinks to choose from, all tasty and well-prepared. Plus, the location is unbeatable: just a short walk to Guangzhou Railway Station and surrounded by shopping areas and local attractions. Whether you're here for business or leisure, this place offers excellent value and convenience. I’d definitely stay here again on my next visit to Guangzhou.

Pazhou Hotel (Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center Modiesha Metro Station)

I booked this hotel last-minute for a business trip mainly because of the affordable rate, and honestly, I was expecting something basic or underwhelming. But it completely exceeded my expectations! The bed is just the right firmness—not too soft that you sink into it, not too hard either. It’s perfectly balanced, and the pillows are great too—neither too fluffy nor too high, providing excellent support. To be honest, I slept better here than in some so-called five-star hotels I’ve stayed at before. The room has a slightly vintage decor style, which gives it a unique charm rather than feeling outdated. Located just steps from Modiesha Metro Station, it’s super convenient to get to Guangzhou Convention and Exhibition Center. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and overall, the value for money is outstanding. I’ll definitely come back if I’m ever in Guangzhou again.
