There are plenty of trendy cafes and bars around, making it ideal for a casual night out or a relaxed morning coffee. The hotel itself has a cool, modern vibe with clean lines and stylish touches. Hot water in the bathroom worked perfectly, and the air conditioning kept things comfortable all night. Room cleanliness was excellent—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky. But overall, this place offers fantastic value, great convenience, and a fun urban feel. Definitely worth a stay if you're visiting Shenzhen.

We stayed here while visiting Hong Kong Disneyland, and chose this property because of its convenient location near Futian. The room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odors—really impressive for a city apartment. The screen mirroring feature worked perfectly, making it easy to stream movies or shows during our stay. Upon check-in, we were pleasantly surprised with a small welcome gift—such a sweet touch! All toiletries were provided, including new toothbrushes, which showed great attention to detail. Compared to the compact rooms in Hong Kong, this space felt much more spacious and comfortable. It’s a fantastic value for the price. The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic—right next to the metro station, making it super convenient for travelers coming from Hong Kong West Kowloon. I took the train and only needed a few stops to reach Futian. There’s an amazing variety of dining options right downstairs, so you never have to go far for a meal. Just a short walk away is a Hema store, perfect for grabbing groceries or essentials. One thing I really appreciated was the room service delivery—when I ordered the Guangdong-exclusive version of Bawang Cha Ji through the hotel’s system, the delivery rider brought it straight to my door. It felt like a little taste of local culture, and it made the whole experience even more memorable.
