This was my second stay at Shenzhen Futian Difu Hotel (Huaqiangbei Branch), and after comparing it to another hotel I stayed at just a week prior, I’ve made up my mind—this is definitely the one I’ll keep coming back to. Location-wise, it’s incredibly convenient: walking distance to subway lines, shopping areas, and everything you’d need in central Shenzhen. The service is friendly and efficient. This time I got a large bed instead of the smaller one from last visit, and the room felt much more comfortable overall. The only minor issue was that the cabinet drawer wouldn’t close fully, but honestly, it didn’t affect my experience at all. With great value, a clean environment, and excellent location, this place earns every bit of recommendation. I can already see myself booking here for a third visit soon.

While the hotel isn’t brand new, it’s exceptionally clean and well-maintained—definitely a comfortable place to rest. The staff were outstanding: Xiao Peng was friendly and courteous, and the housekeeping team went above and beyond with their warm smiles and helpful attitude. The location is fantastic—just an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station, and walking through Xin Tian Di leads you straight into multiple large shopping malls, including Huangting Plaza, making it super convenient for dining and shopping. Inside the hotel, there’s a small café offering coffee and desserts, plus a selection of daily essentials—perfect for last-minute needs. Special shoutout to Xiao Lao, who kindly upgraded me to a larger room at no extra cost. It made a big difference in comfort and space. With its great value, excellent service, and unbeatable location, I’ll definitely be returning next time I visit Shenzhen—highly recommend!

Honestly, you don’t even need to go to Hong Kong—the area itself offers a full day of fun and relaxation. After a long day exploring Hong Kong, we came back and spent another few hours wandering around the neighborhood. Tired? Definitely. Happy? Absolutely. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a subtle, refreshing scent that instantly lifted our mood. The front desk staff was warm and welcoming—she spotted us from afar and smiled, immediately putting us at ease. She patiently explained all the amenities and room details with genuine kindness. The entire property feels well-managed, down to the smallest detail. The bathroom was spacious, the TV massive and crisp, and wow—there were eight bottles of water in the room! We were three people and still had leftovers when we checked out—so generous! We even took a few home, just couldn’t resist. Bonus: the TV has streaming access, so we enjoyed a movie night with zero hassle. Sleep was deep and peaceful—couldn’t have asked for better. On the second day, I casually asked if we could extend checkout time, and without hesitation, the team said yes. That kind of service really stands out. Overall, the price was incredibly affordable, and the value was outstanding. If we’re ever back in Shenzhen, we’ll definitely stay here again—and try a different room type. Highly recommend!
