What stood out this time was the extended checkout option—up to 2 PM—which made for a relaxed morning. After enjoying breakfast, I could just chill in the room with a little nap without feeling rushed. While the robot delivery occasionally had to handle multiple food orders, the staff were always proactive, personally delivering meals right to my door. Their flexibility and attention to detail really made a difference, especially during busy times. It’s clear they care about guest comfort and convenience. I truly hope the hotel continues to maintain this high standard—it’s definitely one of the best stays I’ve had in Shenzhen.

One little highlight: the floor lighting makes moving around at night easy and safe. The only minor downside is that the hairdryer area and sink lights are a bit dim, which made makeup application slightly tricky.
