The hostel is incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the metro station, and across the street is a cozy little night market perfect for late-night snacks. Rooms and shared spaces were spotless, and they even offered complimentary breakfast with fresh toast and tea—especially loved the coconut jam, it’s rich and naturally sweet. The only minor issue was my top bunk being right next to the AC unit; while no direct cold wind blew on me, there was some condensation dripping onto both the bed and the cabinet above. It wasn’t a big deal though—it didn’t affect my sleep much. Overall, this place offers excellent value, great vibes, and a warm atmosphere. Definitely a standout choice if you're visiting Kaohsiung.

This was my first stay at Color Fun Inn, and I have to say, the experience exceeded my expectations! This is my second stay at KLA B&B, and I’m even more impressed this time around. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from Yancheng Station, making public transit super convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven right at the entrance of the alley, so grabbing snacks or essentials is effortless. Nearby, there’s also a self-service laundry, which is a huge plus for longer stays. The cleanliness throughout the property is excellent—rooms are spotless, bedding fresh, and the air feels clean and welcoming. The only minor drawback is that one shared bathroom serves multiple dorm-style rooms, so you might have to wait during peak times. But honestly, given how great the location, vibe, and value are, it’s a small trade-off. Highly recommend for travelers looking for a cozy, well-located, and affordable option in Kaohsiung.
