Hotel Marques de Pombal

Staying at Hotel Marques de Pombal was a real highlight of my trip to Lisbon. Right outside the door is a metro station in the heart of the old town, making it super easy to explore the city on foot or by public transit. The area around the hotel is packed with cozy cafes and restaurants—perfect for a casual meal or a relaxing coffee break. On Sundays, there’s a vibrant local market nearby, adding great charm to the neighborhood. The lobby offers free lemon water, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. The bathroom in the room is spacious and spotlessly clean. While there were no toothbrushes, toothpaste, or slippers provided, the air conditioning and elevator work perfectly. Breakfast comes at a reasonable price—similar to what you’d pay for a main meal and a coffee at a local café—but here, it’s a buffet with fresh fruit, pastries, and more, offering much better value. Overall, the location, service, and thoughtful touches make this hotel a standout choice. Highly recommend for travelers who want convenience without compromising on comfort.

Hotel Nazareth

Staying at Hotel Nazareth was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the metro and within easy reach of Lisbon’s historic center, making it perfect for exploring on foot. The staff went above and beyond with their warm, helpful service, making us feel welcome right away. While the room has a slightly vintage charm and shows its age in places, it was spotlessly clean and comfortably furnished. The bed was cozy, and everything we needed was well-maintained. For travelers who value convenience, hospitality, and a genuine local vibe, this hotel delivers on all fronts. It's not just a place to sleep—it's part of the Lisbon journey. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

Ibis Lisboa Centro Saldanha

The ibis Lisboa Centro Saldanha is perfectly located for exploring Lisbon. It’s just steps away from multiple bus stops, making it super easy to reach the historic city center. The neighborhood feels local and lively—there are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants nearby. I was really impressed by how affordable the groceries were at the local markets, and there's no shortage of dining options around. The room itself is clean and functional, though it doesn’t include a kettle or complimentary toiletries and slippers. That said, considering the excellent location, convenience, and overall value, this hotel is a solid choice for travelers who prioritize accessibility and budget-friendly stays. I’d definitely stay here again.

Ibis Styles Lisboa Centro Marquês de Pombal

Staying at Ibis Styles Lisboa Centro Marquês de Pombal was a great experience overall. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with clean linens and modern touches that made it feel fresh and comfortable. One thing to note is that the view from the window isn’t scenic—it’s just the air conditioning units from the neighboring building, so we couldn’t open the window, but the AC worked perfectly and kept the room cool and quiet throughout the night. What really stood out was the free afternoon treats in the lobby: delicious, warm pastries—especially the egg tarts were a highlight. They also offered complimentary lemon-chrysanthemum tea and a tangy green apple drink all day long, which was such a nice touch and helped keep us hydrated. As for location, there’s a metro station and bus stop right outside, but honestly, I’d recommend taking a taxi instead—public transport can be slow and unreliable, especially with luggage. And don’t miss the Masuma pizzeria next door—their pizza is fantastic, authentic, and generously portioned. All in all, this hotel offers excellent value, friendly staff, and a convenient central location. A solid choice if you're visiting Lisbon.

Hotel Principe Lisboa

My stay at Hotel Principe Lisboa was absolutely exceptional. The room was spacious and beautifully furnished, featuring a comfortable king-sized bed that made for a restful night's sleep. The breakfast was outstanding—luxurious and varied, offering a perfect start to the day. Despite being near a road, the hotel is remarkably quiet and well-insulated, so traffic noise was barely noticeable. The location is convenient, just a short walk from public transit and central Lisbon attractions. It’s rare to find such a peaceful, high-quality retreat in a vibrant city. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon—it’s a true gem and definitely worth every penny.

Turim Europa Hotel

My stay at Turim Europa Hotel was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The warm welcome began with the bell staff, and the front desk team—especially Clara and her colleagues—went above and beyond with their friendly, attentive service. The bar staff and housekeeping crew were equally professional and courteous. The hotel is perfectly located near a wide variety of restaurants, and I highly recommend trying Cardo Restaurant for authentic Portuguese flavors and drinks—excellent food and top-notch service. Just a 5-minute walk to Parque Metro Station (Blue Line), which connects to major attractions and other transit lines, making exploration around Lisbon super convenient. It’s also less than 5 minutes to the Pink Line if you’re heading to the airport—very practical. Thanks to the platform for offering such a great selection of accommodations; it made my Lisbon trip memorable and stress-free.
