Staying at Holiday Inn Lisbon was an excellent experience overall. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short ride from the airport and within easy reach of all the main attractions. While it’s a bit of a walk to the nearest metro station, it’s not a major issue since public transport options are readily available nearby. The breakfast buffet was outstanding—fresh, diverse, and delicious. Rooms were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. It’s a great value for money, and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Lisbon.

It’s rare to find such thoughtful service combined with a peaceful, well-designed space. I can’t recommend this place enough—this was the best decision I made for my Lisbon visit.

Located just steps away from the Gulbenkian Museum, nestled in beautiful gardens with a cozy café on-site, it’s a peaceful spot to unwind. There are countless restaurants and attractions nearby, and the zoo is just a short walk away. The common room is comfortable with plenty of sofas where you can meet fellow travelers, share stories, or simply relax. Safety is top-notch, and the presence of a lift adds great convenience, especially with luggage. Overall, this place offers something for everyone—great value, excellent location, and a friendly vibe. Lisbon is already one of Europe’s most charming cities, but staying here makes the experience even better. Highly recommended!

The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Lisbon, just steps from metro stations and all the city’s best spots. It’s not your typical hostel: clean, calm, and full of character, with a relaxed vibe that makes it perfect for solo travelers or small groups. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and amazing value. A truly wonderful place—I can’t recommend it enough. Huge thanks to Vera for the warm hospitality and attention to detail. Definitely coming back!

The hotel is conveniently located just a short walk from the city center and easily accessible by metro, which makes it a great choice for exploring Lisbon. However, there’s one small issue that really stood out: the bathroom lights are way too sensitive. As soon as you step away from the sink or start showering, the lights go off almost instantly—leaving you in the dark mid-shower or even while using the toilet. It’s incredibly frustrating, especially when you’re trying to relieve yourself and suddenly everything goes black. While I understand the importance of energy saving, the timing could definitely be adjusted. A few extra seconds of light would make a huge difference in comfort and safety. Otherwise, this place has a lot going for it—great location, clean rooms, and good value. Just a quick fix needed to improve the overall guest experience.
