Location-wise, it’s unbeatable: just steps from metro stations and right in the heart of Montreal’s vibrant Plateau district. Walking to restaurants, shops, and attractions was effortless. The only thing to keep in mind is the narrow, steep staircase leading up to the unit—be prepared if you're carrying heavy luggage. Overall, this is a great option for travelers who value convenience, style, and a central spot without breaking the bank.

For five guests, there were only three glasses in the kitchen—definitely not enough for everyone. We also noticed the front door handle was held together with excessive duct tape, and the kitchen window blind was broken. While the location is convenient and close to transit, these issues reflect poor maintenance and management. The price didn’t justify the condition, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

The lack of communication and accountability is unacceptable—especially for such a significant amount. This experience has left us deeply disappointed, and we can't recommend staying here if you value transparency and customer service.
