The stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. While the location is convenient—just a short subway ride from the airport and trade fair center—the lack of on-site staff during check-in and check-out was unacceptable. Our luggage arrived four days late, and no one informed us until I found out myself at the airport. The room itself was in poor condition: floors never swept or vacuumed, towels changed but sheets were dirty, and one pillow was visibly torn. There was clean water available, but customer service left much to be desired. No one seemed to care about guest concerns, and there was no real point of contact for reporting issues. This place lacks basic hospitality standards, and despite its central location, I wouldn’t recommend it. Definitely not worth the price.
