The kitchenette comes with all necessary utensils and includes a small fridge, which was super handy for storing snacks and drinks. Room cleanliness is solid, and housekeeping service is reliable. Staff at reception are friendly and helpful whenever needed. Though we didn’t explore much beyond the hotel, the experience was excellent overall. The property was disappointing from the very first moment. The apartment felt dirty, damp, and had a musty smell throughout—definitely not well-maintained. The owner was unresponsive and offered little help despite our concerns. We were misled by the listing, which promised a hot tub, but there was none—no mention of this in the actual photos or description. Also, there were no views at all from the windows, so even if you wanted to enjoy the surroundings, there was nothing to see. The overall condition was far below what we expected for the price. If you're looking for a clean, welcoming stay in Porto, this isn't it. Not recommended.
