We booked the Corinto suite at this hotel, and it was a complete disappointment. Cups and mugs had to be requested, no cutlery. A couple nearby ordered eggs, and the kitchen staff said they were out. We were told an employee had gone to buy cheese, bread, and condiments—but never returned. We waited over an hour. Overall, this experience fell far short of expectations. The service was inconsistent, details were ignored, and the promises made during booking were not kept. It’s hard to recommend this hotel, especially for special occasions.
