We loved being able to cook our own meals, which saved time and money. Dining options were just steps away, and the location couldn’t be better—Star Sea Square is right outside the door, and you can see the Star Sea Bay Bridge from the windows. The views are stunning, especially at sunset. It’s rare to find such a well-located, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed apartment with excellent hospitality. This trip was absolutely memorable, and I’d definitely stay here again.

Just a heads-up—when ordering food delivery, double-check you're using the Ab entrance to avoid confusion. Regarding the environment, the property is located within a residential building, so there were occasional construction noises at night—like drilling—but it wasn’t constant, and I found it manageable. Service-wise, while not on par with a full-service hotel, the owner was genuinely helpful and kind. When I needed assistance, he stepped in even though it wasn’t required, which made a big difference. That’s why I gave him a solid five-star rating. Cleanliness was also top-notch—everything was spotless, from bedding to bathroom fixtures. Overall, this is a reliable, well-located, and thoughtfully maintained option if you’re looking for a home-like stay in Dalian.

We received both room keys and floor access cards, making movement around the building easy. All the facilities were modern and clean, with brand-new amenities and single-use items throughout. The only minor issue was some early-morning cleaning noise from the staff’s nearby work area—mostly before 9 a.m.—but once the day started, everything was quiet again. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. Excellent location near Xinghai Square, just a short walk or quick subway ride away. Great for groups, high comfort, and amazing value.
