The entire staff went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable—warm, attentive, and genuinely helpful. The breakfast was exceptional: fresh, well-prepared, and offered a great variety of options. My room, 814, had an amazing view overlooking the city, especially stunning at sunrise. The location is perfect for exploring Medellín—just a short ride to the downtown area and close to the stadium. It’s rare to find such a high level of comfort, service, and value all in one place. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Medellín.
