Our stay was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were told our reservation had been canceled without any explanation. We had booked three days in advance, yet on the day of arrival, no other rooms were available anywhere in Medellín. This feels like a deliberate overbooking tactic to force guests into paying higher rates or scrambling for last-minute alternatives. Another couple arrived at the same time and experienced the exact same issue. It’s not just poor service—it feels like a scam. The lack of transparency and customer care is unacceptable. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone, and I won’t be returning. If you’re looking for a reliable and honest place to stay in Medellín, avoid this hotel.
