We stayed at the Modern Apartments in Puerto Madero for six nights and ended up extending our trip by another seven—so much so that we didn’t want to leave! The location is absolutely perfect. We were in a quiet, stylish neighborhood with plenty of green spaces right outside the building—ideal for morning walks or just unwinding. The ecological reserve is just a five-minute walk away, offering a peaceful escape from the city buzz. Nearby, you’ll find a Jumbo supermarket and Hawaii Market, a great Asian grocery store—both within easy reach. Getting to major historical sites was super convenient; an Uber ride took only about 10 minutes, but we actually preferred walking most of the way, soaking in the local vibe along the way. The room itself was spacious, spotless, and well-maintained—exactly what you’d want for a comfortable stay. Our host communicated via WhatsApp throughout our stay, handling check-in and all inquiries promptly and efficiently. Breakfast was served at a small restaurant on-site starting at 8:30 AM. While the menu was fixed with four options (no fruit included), it was satisfying and fresh enough for us. The coffee was excellent—rich and aromatic, a real highlight each morning. Overall, this place exceeded our expectations. If you're visiting Buenos Aires for work or leisure, this apartment is a top recommendation. The front desk staff were consistently friendly, often waving or asking how our day was—genuine interest that made a real difference. Luis, the general manager, was incredibly kind and professional. Alexis, one of the bellboys, stood out with his helpfulness and cheerful attitude. And Florencia, the hostess at breakfast, set a five-star tone with her polished service and attention to detail. We’ve stayed at many luxury resorts around the world, but this experience felt just as exceptional, if not better. It’s clear the team here cares deeply about guest satisfaction. A genuine surprise and a highlight of our trip.

Check-in is only available from 2 pm, which might be a slight inconvenience for early arrivals, but overall, this hotel offers excellent value. With its central spot and solid comfort, I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in Buenos Aires.

The hotel itself is immaculately clean, with a thoughtfully curated breakfast spread that offers something for everyone. On the 12th floor, you’ll find a lovely rooftop pool, along with a sauna and fully equipped fitness room. Pool towels are conveniently available at reception. It’s clear the team takes pride in guest comfort and convenience. This place delivers on every level—great value, excellent service, and a truly welcoming atmosphere. I’d stay here again in a heartbeat.
