Our stay at Laneways by Ovolo was absolutely fantastic—both my teenager and I felt right at home. The staff went above and beyond—they noticed we didn’t drink alcohol and kindly swapped out the bar fridge to suit our preferences. That little touch made a big difference. We loved the complimentary lollies and chomps in the lobby—my teen couldn’t stop smiling! Daily fresh towels and perfectly made beds added to the comfort. They even handed us a personalized map with local recommendations and brought out a Jenga game for fun. Their warm smiles and genuine hospitality made us feel truly welcomed. This isn’t just a hotel—it’s a home away from home in Melbourne. I can’t wait to come back.
