I also asked about upgrading to a better room, but that was denied too. In the end, we were stuck with just one bed and no comfort whatsoever. The entire experience felt underwhelming and poorly managed. For the price and location, this hotel simply doesn’t deliver. I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.
