The room itself was well-designed, with two windows allowing for excellent airflow and natural lighting. The temperature was just right, making it super comfortable. The service exceeded expectations from the very beginning: as I arrived at Dianchi Road, a staff member was already waiting by the door. After confirming I was a guest, he immediately took my luggage and carried it inside, guiding me through check-in with a friendly smile. Despite arriving during peak check-in time around 3 PM, there was no chaos or long lines—everything was smooth and efficient. Even more impressive? My bags never touched my hands again—they were taken straight up in the elevator to my room. That’s what true luxury service looks like. Special shoutout to Guest Experience Manager Billy Liang, who went above and beyond when he learned about my parents’ anniversary visit.
