The service stood out—after adding the concierge on WeChat, I could request laundry pickup/delivery, tea and snacks, yoga sessions, package forwarding, and even reservations at nearby Yuan Gu Muso Restaurant. I had lunch in the Instagram-worthy wooden cabin downstairs—so photogenic and peaceful. Every detail felt thoughtfully curated. This wasn’t just a place to sleep—it was an experience. With such great value and attention to comfort and convenience, I’d definitely come back without hesitation.

Upon checkout, we received a thoughtful gift set, but there was one thing that concerned me: the hand cream looked exactly like jelly and was stored right next to the snacks. I accidentally inhaled a little of it while on the taxi ride back—seriously freaked out! Thankfully, after checking online, it seemed harmless, and I felt fine by the end of the day. But if a child had eaten it by mistake, that could be dangerous. Definitely recommend switching to a tube-style hand cream instead of the jelly-like packaging for safety reasons. Breakfast is mostly Chinese-style, well-balanced, not crowded at all, and very enjoyable. One small note: since the weather turned chilly, the dining area felt a bit cold—adjusting the AC temperature promptly would make the experience even better. The shower water pressure is outstanding—by far the strongest and most comfortable I've experienced anywhere. It actually made my showers faster and more relaxing! There are four washing machines and four dryers, and we never had to wait. Even better, the room TV shows real-time progress on laundry and drying cycles—such a smart and convenient feature. Location-wise, it’s super convenient with Line 4 just a short walk away, making commuting around Lujiazui easy. Ordering food delivery was also hassle-free—the robot delivered right to our door, which was such a fun and modern touch. Definitely considering this hotel again on my next visit to Shanghai!
